Step 3: We create a weaving draft & simulation
Our technicians convert your design into a jacquard punch file or digital weaving program. We provide a visual simulation for your approval.
Step 4: Sample weaving
We produce a physical sample (usually 0.5–1 meter) on our jacquard loom. You receive it to check color, texture, and pattern accuracy.
Step 5: Bulk production

Step 6: Finishing & shipping
